Tailoring and Fittings

How is the garments tailor made?
The garments are made on demand and individually adjusted by one of our tailors to suit your specific needs.

Can I feel safe visiting my tailor during pandemic times?
Please see our Covid-19 information.

Can I order a Tini garment without a tailor fitting?
No, you need to visit one of our tailors to make individual adjustments.

How long is a fitting?
We schedule fittings for 30-45 minutes.

How does the payment work?
We will send an invoice to your email when the garments have been picked up.

What is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 3-5 weeks, but you can always reach out to us if there’s a tight deadline – we will do our best to cater to your needs.


Materials

Can I use my own fabric?
No, we only use our carefully selected fabrics.

What do you mean by “what we consider to be the best materials”?
The most sustainable garment is the one you use often. Therefore we use materials that are both comfortable and are less harmful for the environment.


Delivery and Returns

How do I get my garment delivered?
The garment is delivered by the tailor on your last fitting. 

What do I do if I am not happy with my garment?
The garment is produced according to your exact measurements during several fittings. If you’re not satisfied, we will make sure to make the adjustments required in order to suit you.

What do I do if I want to return my garment?
The garment is produced according to your exact measurements during several fittings. If you’re not satisfied, we will make sure to make the adjustments required for the garment to suit you. If there is a production defect you have the right to receive a free adjustment of the garment, the opportunity to get a new garment or your money back. Please contact us at: tailor@tini.se.

What do I do if I discover a defect on my garment afterwards?
We always make sure to repair and adjust the garment if there are any inaccuracies. Please contact us on tailor@tini.se

Can I cancel my order after the first fitting?
Yes it’s possible to cancel your order after the first fitting before you have approved the booking confirmation.

How do I look after/take care of my garment?

Can I adjust my garment if my body changes?
Yes, it is always possible to do changes at one of our tailors.

What do I do with my garment when I no longer want it?
Please contact us on hello@tini.se – we will make sure to take care of it in the best way and show our gratitude.
